No. Every booking starts as a request, and the restaurant accepts or declines it. Each page shows how quickly the place usually answers, and we message you the moment it does.
Do I need an account?
To send a request, yes: a HaiLa account verified by phone, so the restaurant can reach you. You can see pages, menus and times without one.
Does HaiLa cost anything?
No. For guests, there’s no fee, no card and no deposit.
Can I book for a big group?
