Terms of service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Haila ("we", "us"), a service provided by Haila SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova under fiscal code 1018600022473, registered office str. Vlaicu Pârcălab 63, Chișinău MD-2012.

By using Haila, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Haila.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Haila. By using Haila, you confirm that you are at least 16 and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

A Haila account consists of a verified phone number and a first name. You are responsible for keeping the phone number current. If you change your number, update it in Profile → Account.

You may not create more than one account per phone number, nor share an account with another person.

4. Bookings

A booking made via Haila is a direct agreement between you and the restaurant. Haila is the channel, not a party to the agreement.

You agree to arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time. After 10 minutes, the table is released to the pool.

Three no-shows in any 90-day window will pause your booking ability for 14 days. We will email a warning after the second no-show.

5. Reviews

You may post one review per booking, within 30 days of the reservation date. Reviews must be honest, factual and your own first-hand experience.

We may remove reviews that contain personal attacks, harassment, illegal content, or that we determine to be inauthentic.

6. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Haila constitutes consent to that processing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moldovan law, Haila is not liable for the quality of the meal, the service at the restaurant, or any loss arising from a restaurant’s failure to honour a booking.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you under these Terms is capped at 1,000 MDL or the equivalent in another currency.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by SMS or email at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Chișinău.
