How fast is confirmation?

Your request goes straight to the restaurant, which accepts or declines it. Each request has a reply deadline, never later than the visit itself. If the restaurant does not answer in time, the request is cancelled and the booking page says so.

Can I book without an account?

Yes. We will text you your code. Creating an account just keeps your bookings in one place.

How do I modify or cancel?

Open the booking in your account or follow the link in your SMS. Modify your time, date, or party size without re-booking.

What happens if I do not show up?

First no-show: nothing. Second: we warn. Third within 90 days: your account pauses for 30 days. We are honest with restaurants, they need that.

Can I appeal a no-show pause?

Yes. Open the account-paused page and tap 'Appeal'. Most reasonable appeals are approved within 24 hours.

Where is my data stored?

European Union servers (Firebase europe-west4 region). Your name, phone, and booking history are visible only to you and the restaurant you booked. We never sell or share with third parties.
